Superbowl Weekend 2008

Every year we attend my Aunt Ginger & Uncle George's Superbowl Party and this year was no exception. With Ginger's help we were able to pinpoint an opening in the snowy weather for safe travel there and back. The visit was incredibly fun for all of us. Clint entertained himself by shoveling snow off their deck and playing with Payden & Kasey while Calvin & I enjoyed time with the rest of the family.
The highlight of this trip was that Calvin was able to meet his Great Grandma Sears, Great Aunt Ginger, Great Uncle George, and his cousins Sean & Crystal and their sons Payden (3 1/2 yrs) & Kasey (16mths).

Calvin & his Great Grandma Sears

Cal & Crystal

Cousin Kasey
-Kasey has his father's beautiful big blue eyes, in fact, Kasey looks just like his handsome Daddy.

Cousin Payden
-Payden, on the other hand, has his Mommy's beautiful eyes and looks so much like her.

I love this picture.

-Payden & Kasey weren't too sure what to make of their new cousin Cal who only squirmed and cooed. With Dad by their side, the boys gazed at Calvin in wonder.
Great Uncle George. George has an amazing talent with babies, they sleep almost instantaneously. Unfortunately, with all the photo ops we did not Great Aunt Gingi and Calvin--we'll have to remedy this as soon as possible.

Daddy & Cal

Daddy placed Cal in the dump truck that Payden was playing with; you can see Payden's knees in the background as he patiently sat waiting for the use of his toy again

Thank goodness Uncle George kept removing snow from the windshield for us, thank you!
